DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
30 September 2016. The distribution of 27.80483 cents per DivTrax security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                           25.79051 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         3.86858 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 21.92193 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross)                                          2.01432 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         0.30215 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  1.71217 cents



The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
30 September 2016 and will be paid on 20 October 2016.
