CORRECTION IN SHAREHOLDING FOR OLD MUTUAL LIMITED ("Old Mutual")
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 2 June 2026 in which they were advised that Old
Mutual had, on behalf of its clients, in aggregate, decreased its interest in the ordinary shares of the Company such that
the total interest in the ordinary shares of the Company held by Old Mutual amounted to 4,07% of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company filed the required notices with the Takeover
Regulation Panel ("TRP").
On 5 June 2026, Old Mutual notified the Company that its 2 June 2026 TRP notification was filed erroneously, due to an
incorrect shareholdings file received, which caused Old Mutual's automated system to indicate that its ownership in TFG
decreased below the 5% threshold to 4,07%.
Following Old Mutual's discovery of the error, the Company has now reported the correct filing to the TRP and Old Mutual
has confirmed that, as at 8 June 2026, it holds 4,96% of the total issued securities of TFG.
The board of directors of TFG accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement as it relates to
the Company and, to the best of its knowledge and belief, confirms that such information relating to the Company is true
and that this announcement does not omit anything likely to affect the importance of such information.
