2023 year-end results release date and presentation

Investors are advised that Investec Property Fund will release its reviewed preliminary condensed
consolidated results for the financial year ended 31 March 2023 (“year-end results”) on Thursday,
18 May 2023.

The Fund will host a hybrid presentation on the year-end results on the same day at 14:00 (SA time). A
question-and-answer session will be accommodated during the presentation.
