RETIREMENT OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of
directors of the Company (“Board”) wishes to advise that Mr Monde Nkosi, who will retire by
rotation at the Company’s annual general meeting (“AGM”), to be held on 30 November 2022,
has indicated that he will not be making himself available for re-election.
Monde was appointed to the board of directors of GPI in December 2019. He has chaired the
Investment Committee and been a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee.
He has served in these roles with distinction and contributed to the successful value unlock
program at GPI over the last three years.
The Board would like to thank Mr Nkosi for his valuable contribution and wishes him well with
his future endeavours.
