CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into a process which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
The process relates to the potential sale of GPI and/or its underlying assets. This is in keeping
with GPI’s stated strategy of unlocking shareholder value and returning capital to GPI
shareholders.
The process is at an initial stage and shareholders are cautioned that there is no certainty at
this stage that the process will lead to a transaction.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company’s
securities until a full announcement is made.
