CHANGE TO AUDIT COMMITTEE COMPOSITION

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements, City Lodge hereby notifies shareholders that
Mr Frank Kilbourn will be stepping down as a member of the
Audit Committee of the company with effect from 24 November
2022.

The Audit Committee remains duly constituted following the
above change.
