CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the board of directors of Rebosis (“the
Board”) hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Kameel Keshav has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of Rebosis with immediate effect. In addition, Mr Keshav has also been appointed as chairman
of the audit & risk committee, replacing Mr Thabo Seopa who will continue to be a member of the audit & risk
committee.

Mr Keshav is a qualified chartered accountant with diverse experience that extends across the financial services,
consulting, FMCG and mining industries, all with global listed entities however focussed on property in the later
years of his 22 years of experience. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Ascension Property Fund and carries a
wealth of diverse listed property experience not only across finance but also other areas of responsibility. Mr
Keshav was also previously the Chief Financial Officer of Rebosis from December 2014 to March 2017 and given
that a period of more than three years has elapsed since then, his status as independent non-executive director
is confirmed.

The Board welcomes Mr Keshav and looks forward to his contribution to the Company.
