NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND THE SALIENT DATES AND TIMES FOR SHAREHOLDING ON THE SOUTH AFRICAN REGISTER

Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the Company is to be held at Suite 1080
– 1188 West Georgia Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 4A2 on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at 7pm (South African time) /
10am (Vancouver time).

The Company has elected to use the Notice & Access provisions under National Instrument 54-101 and National
Instrument 51-102.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND MANAGEMENT REQUEST ALL SHAREHOLDERS VOTE BY PROXY
AND NOT ATTEND THE MEETING IN PERSON. THE CONFERENCE NUMBER IS PROVIDED BELOW AND
IT ENABLES SHAREHOLDERS TO PARTICIPATE IN A VOICE ONLY CONFERENCE CALL.
