DEALINGS IN SECURITIES BY THE COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are referred to the circular, released by Omnia on 26 November 2009, which details the Sakhile
Initiative 2 Limited Share Scheme (“Sakhile 2”) and the announcement dated [xx] September 2017 regarding
Omnia’s exercise of its call option in respect of a portion of the Sakhile 2 shares held by Sakhile 2 participants.
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 (both inclusive) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the
board of directors of Omnia (“the board”) wish to inform shareholders of the following dealing arising from
Sakhile II:

of her control and in which she has no discretion.
