RESIGNATION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

This announcement is published in accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements.

Mr Johan Andries Ignatius (Dries) Ferreira has tendered his resignation as Executive Director and Chief
Financial Officer of Astral with effect from 31 January 2026, having accepted an opportunity with a
company in the industrial sector.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dries for his valuable contributions and dedicated service to the
Group. His leadership and financial stewardship have been instrumental in driving our strategic
objectives and strengthening our financial position.

On behalf of the Board and the entire Group, we wish him every success in his new role and future
endeavours.

The Group will commence a formal process to identify and appoint a suitable successor to the Chief
Financial Officer position.
