RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In terms of paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Texton shareholders
("Shareholders") are advised that Ms Shelley Thomas has resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company, as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and as chairman of the Social
and Ethics Committee with effect from 1 July 2024.

The Board, which accepted and approved the resignation on 3 July 2024 (effective from 1 July 2024)
would like to thank Ms Thomas for her contributions to the Board and the Company during her term of
office.

Shareholders will be advised in due course of the appointments to fill the vacancies arising from the
resignation of Ms Thomas.
