Board Change


In accordance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, the following change is announced:


Khumo Shuenyane will not be seeking re-election on the Investec Property Fund Board at the annual
general meeting to be held on 03 August 2023. This is in line with Khumo retiring from the boards of
Investec Limited, Investec plc and Investec Bank Limited (the Investec group) at the upcoming annual
general meetings and as a consequence of reaching the end of his nine year term.

The Board wishes to thank Khumo for his support and contribution over many years and wishes him well
in future endeavors.
