RESIGNATION FROM THE BOARD

In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”),
shareholders are advised that Marc Resnik has resigned from the Advanced Health Board with effect from
21 April 2023. The directors of Advanced Health thanks Marc Resnik for the valuable contribution he has
made to the Company.
