APPOINTMENT OF FUTURE AUDIT FIRM

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with the mandatory audit firm rotation rule
issued by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (“IRBA”) and paragraph 3.78 of
the JSE Listings Requirements, the Board of WBHO has endorsed the recommendation by
its Audit committee, following a comprehensive tender process, to appoint
PricewaterhouseCooper Inc. (“PWC”) as the external auditors of WBHO with effect from the
2024 financial year starting 1 July 2023.

The appointment of PWC will be proposed to the shareholders at WBHO’s 2023 Annual
General Meeting (“AGM”) for ratification.

The incumbent external auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated (“BDO”), will continue to
act as external auditors of WBHO for the current financial year ending 30 June 2023. BDO’s
appointment will be terminated upon the conclusion of the audit of the financial year ending
30 June 2023.

WBHO will release a further announcement once shareholder approval in respect of PWC’s
appointment has been obtained at its 2023 AGM.

WBHO would like to thank BDO for the service and support provided to the Company and
look forward to working with PWC.
