APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY


Further to the announcement published on 27 September 2022, shareholders are advised that Ms Mpeo
Nkuna has been appointed as the company secretary of the Company with effect from 1 November
2022.

Ms Nkuna holds BCom and LLB degrees and an Advanced Company Law Certificate. She is an
admitted attorney and was previously the Group Company Secretary and Head of Legal at Ascendis
Health Limited.

The Board is satisfied that Ms Nkuna possesses the competence and experience to fill the role. She will
take over from Neill O'Brien who as been the interim company secretary pending the appointment of a
permanent company secretary.

The Board would like to welcome Ms Nkuna to the position and looks forward to her contribution to
the Company.
