Director Share Dealings

On 26 February 2014 the Company was notified that Gary Yardley, Investment Director of the
Company, exercised share options awarded in May 2010 under the Company’s Performance Share
Plan. The Company chose to settle the share options by delivering shares with a market value equal
to the settlement value of the options (being the difference between the option price and the market
value of the option shares).
