RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at  
the annual general meeting of Exxaro shareholders held on Friday, 21 May 2010,  
were approved by the requisite majorities.                                      
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for       
registration as required by the Companies Act 61 of 1973, as amended, in due
