CHANGE OF DESIGNATED ADVISOR


Shareholders are advised that Questco Corporate Advisory Proprietary Limited has been appointed as designated
advisor to Astoria, replacing Java Capital Trustees and Sponsors Proprietary Limited, with effect from
1 February 2020.

Astoria has primary listings on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius and the Alternative Exchange of the JSE, and
a secondary listing on the main board of the Namibian Stock Exchange.
