DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT


The board of directors (the “Board”) of Greenbay has declared a dividend of 0.236 EUR cents per share for the six
months ended 30 September 2017.

This announcement is being released in terms of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”).

Subject to final regulatory approvals, shareholders will be given the option to receive their dividend either in 
cash or as a scrip dividend. A circular containing details of this election accompanied by announcements on the 
Stock Exchange News Service of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) as well as the website of the SEM, will be 
issued in due course.

Greenbay has primary listings on both the Official Market of the SEM and the Main Board of the JSE.
