CHANGE OF AUDITOR
Capital & Regional announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the
Company's audit committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of Mazars LLP as the
Company's auditor for the financial year ending 30 December 2023, which will be subject to approval by
the Company's shareholders at the next annual general meeting to be held in May 2023.
Deloitte LLP, the Company's current auditor, will step down following completion of the audit of the
financial year ending 30 December 2022 due to the impact of mandatory rotation requirements.
