The CoreShares S&P Global Property Exchange Traded Fund (“CoreShares Global Prop”) portfolio, a
portfolio in CoreShares Global Investments PCC (A Mauritius protected cell public company limited by
shares). The Fund is an approved Foreign Collective Investment Scheme in terms of Section 65 of the
Collective Investment Scheme Control Act 2002. The Fund is managed by CoreShares ETF Manager
Limited (“CEM” or “the Manager”) and is further represented in South Africa by CoreShares Index
Tracker Managers RF (Pty) Ltd.
DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of CoreShares Global Prop securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of
the six months ended 31 March 2016. The distribution of 124.80479 cents per CoreShares Global Prop
security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20 %)(gross) 124.80479 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (20 %) 24.96096 cents
Resultant net dividend 99.84383 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of CoreShares Global Prop securities who were recorded in
the register on 31 March 2017 and will be paid on 20 April 2017.
