Application was made to The JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of 341 717 Redeemable
Preference Shares (Authorized Class IBRP1 Redeemable Preference Shares), as Class
IBRP1 Redeemable Preference Shares, under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium
Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated 4 September 2013, for an aggregate
subscription price of R341 717 000.00.
