Shareholders and noteholders are advised that there were no changes to the
Reviewed Final Results and the Independent Auditor’s Report for the year
ended 30 June 2022, released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE
Limited (“JSE”) on 30 August 2022. The Annual Financial Statements were
audited by KPMG Inc., who expressed an unqualified audit opinion thereon.
The Independent Auditor’s Report is also available for inspection by written
request to the Group Company Secretary at john.mackay@supergrp.com.

The full Audited Annual Financial Statements and the 2022 Integrated Report
are available as of 07:00 today, Tuesday 25 October 2022, on the Company’s
