NOTICE OF RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 AUGUST 2015


Redefine International, the FTSE 250 income focused UK Real Estate Investment Trust (“UK-REIT”), will announce its
preliminary results for the year ended 31 August 2015 on Wednesday, 28 October 2015.

There will be a presentation and a live webcast for analysts at 9.00am (UK time), 11.00am (SA time) on 28 October 2015,
which can be accessed via the homepage of the Company’s website: www.redefineinternational.com.
