DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1)
of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Foord
Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited (“Foord Asset Management”) has
notified Hudaco that it has acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary
shares of the company on behalf of its clients, such that the total
beneficial interest of Hudaco securities held by Foord Asset Management is
now 15.25% of the total issued Hudaco securities.
