APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRPERSON AND MEMBER OF THE REMUNERATION COMMITTEE

Shareholders and noteholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 26 October 2021, in which they
were advised that Ms Sonja De Bruyn and Dr Brian Brink had indicated their intention to retire as non-
executive directors of the Company and as members of the various committees on which they serve, with
effect from 24 November 2021. As a result, the Board is pleased to announce that, at the Board meeting held
today, the appointment of Ms Faith Khanyile as Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee was approved
with immediate effect. In addition, Ms Monhla Hlahla has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration
Committee with effect from 24 November 2021.

The Company would like to wish Ms Khanyile and Ms Hlahla well in their new roles.
