DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of PropTrax TEN securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter
ended 30 June 2017. The distribution of 16.14915 cents per PropTrax TEN security will be comprised
as follows:

 Gross REIT Distribution                                                               13.71936 cents
 (No Dividend Withholding Tax deducted for SA resident securities
 holders)
 Non-residents:
 Local Dividends withholding Tax (20%)                                                  2.74387 cents
 Net dividend                                                                          10.97549 cents


 Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 20%)(gross)                                          2.42979 cents
 Dividends Withholding Tax (20%)                                                         0.48596 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                  1.94383 cents


The distribution will be made to all holders of PropTrax TEN securities who were recorded in the register
on 30 June 2017 and will be paid on 20 July 2017.
