EXTENSION OF POSTING DATE OF CIRCULAR

Shareholders of Afdawn are referred to the announcements released by the
Company on SENS on 7 December 2015 and 22 January 2016, advising
shareholders of the proposed disposal by Afdawn of 51% of its
shareholding in Elite Group Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned
subsidiary of Afdawn and to the announcement dated 11 April 2016 relating
to the disposal of the rental enterprise by Candlestick Park Investments
Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Afdawn (collectively
“Transactions”). The Transactions constitute category 1 transactions in
terms of the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the JSE has granted the Company a
further extension in relation to the distribution date of the circular
relating to the Transactions (“Circular”), until 30 June 2016.

Shareholders will be advised in due course of the salient dates and times
relating to the Transactions and the general meeting of Shareholders to
be convened in order to consider and vote on the resolutions required
in respect of the Transactions.
