CHANGE TO INDEX CONSTITUENTS EFFECTIVE 2 MAY 2013

In terms of section 19.61 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, notice is hereby given to
investors that the above ETF portfolio was rebalanced on Friday, 3 May 2013.

The change in the constituents of the underlying index which has been set out in the table below
was effective from 3 May 2013.
