CORRECTION OF CASTING ERROR IN THE UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE SIX
MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2025

Shareholders are referred to the announcement published by Hulamin on SENS on 25 August 2025 ("the short
form announcement"), wherein shareholders were notified that the condensed interim financial results for the
six months ended 30 June 2025 ("the full announcement") were available.

Shareholders are advised that the full announcement has been amended to correct a casting error in the "Total
assets" line item contained in the condensed consolidated unaudited statement of financial position on page 4
of the full announcement.

The total assets figure for the half-year ended 30 June 2025 was disclosed as 7 444 299 but should have been
shown as 7 378 944.

All other information contained in the short form announcement and full announcement remains correct and
unchanged.
