AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION IN TERMS OF 19.20(e) OF THE JSE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS

On 31 March 2023, the Company announced the availability of the audited financial statements of the
portfolios on the Company website. The Company further wishes to advise that the Portfolios’ audit reports
were unqualified and there were no restatements of the previous year’s annual financial statements.
