CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY


Shareholders are advised that Mpeo Nkuna will step down as company secretary of Ascendis
Health with effect from 30 September 2022.

The Board thanks Mpeo for her valued contribution to the Company during her tenure as
Ascendis Health’s Company Secretary.

An announcement regarding the appointment of a new company secretary will be released on
SENS in due course.
