CHANGES TO BOARD COMMITTEES: MS DAWN MAROLE

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 12 May 2022 advising
that Ms Dawn Marole had been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Sun
International with effect from 12 May 2022.

In accordance with paragraph 3.59 (c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Ms Marole has been
appointed as an additional member of the Sun International remuneration committee and the
Sun International social and ethics committee with effect from 26 August 2022.

The board looks forward to receiving the benefit of Dawn’s extensive experience and guidance
on these committees in the future.
