Unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for the six 
months ended 31 December 2020

Results overview
- Revenue increased by 2%
- EBITDA (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation, 
  impairment and fair value adjustments) increased by R99 million
- Debt reduced by R92 million
- Cash generated from operations increased by R135 million
- Earnings per share improved to 13 cents per share (2019: loss of 
  19 cents per share)
- Headline earnings per share improved to 13 cents per share (2019: loss 
  of 20 cents per share)
- No dividend has been declared for the interim period ended 31 December
  2020 (2019: Rnil)
