RESULTS OF THE GENERAL MEETING OF SUN INTERNATIONAL HELD ON MONDAY, 4 MAY

At a general meeting of the shareholders of Sun International held today, Monday, 4 May 2020, both of
the ordinary resolutions proposed at the meeting were approved by the requisite majority of votes. In
this regard, Sun International confirms the voting statistics from the general meeting as follows:-
