Retirement of Executive Director

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released on 24 March 2025 advising
that Mr AM Leeming had given notice to the Sun International board that he intended retiring
from the Company with effect from 31 December 2025, to pursue various personal
opportunities outside of the group and that Mr U Bengtsson had been appointed as the new
Chief Executive of Sun International with effect from 1 July 2025 or such earlier date
depending on when he secured his work permit.

Shareholders are further referred to the SENS announcement released on 24 June 2025
advising that following receipt by Mr Bengtsson of a work permit, he would assume the role as
Chief Executive of Sun International on 1 July 2025 and that the Sun International board had
resolved to appoint Mr Bengtsson as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1
July 2025.

Accordingly, and in terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Leeming has retired as an executive director of Sun International with
immediate effect but will remain with Sun International until the end of December 2025 and
will work closely with Mr Bengtsson to effect a smooth leadership transition as well as
continue supporting the board and group as appropriate.

The board takes this opportunity of thanking Anthony for his significant contribution which he
made to the Sun International group as Chief Executive for the past eight years.

Changes to Board and Statutory Committees

Following the retirement of Mr Leeming as an executive director of Sun International, he has
likewise and with immediate effect retired as a member of the Sun International Social and
Ethics Committee as well as a member of the Risk Committee.
