CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In terms of section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Ian Kirk ("Mr Kirk")
as a non-independent director, to the boards of Clientèle, Clientèle Life
Assurance Company Limited ("Clientèle Life") and Clientèle General Insurance
Limited, effective 1 July 2025.

Mr Kirk is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and has held many professional roles,
including the position of Chief Executive at Santam Limited and Group CEO of
Sanlam Limited.

He currently serves on the Boards of the JSE Limited, Pepkor Holdings Limited,
Nutun Limited, Netcare Limited, SCOR (UK)Company Limited and Shriram General
Insurance Company Limited (India).

Clientèle welcomes Mr Kirk and looks forward to his contribution to the
Group.

In addition, Mr Murray Raisbeck, currently a non-independent non-executive
Director on the Clientèle and Clientèle Life boards, has resigned from these
positions and has been appointed as an alternative director to Mr Tom Creamer
(non-independent non-executive director) on the Clientèle, and Clientèle Life
boards, effective 1 July 2025.
