CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that Ms
Clarissa Appana has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 30 June 2023.

Ms Appana has taken up a full-time position as the CFO of another company, necessitating her departure.
The Sygnia board expresses its sincere thanks to Ms Appana for her services to the Company and wishes her
well in her future endeavours.
