CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES

Shareholders and noteholders are advised that in accordance with Emira’s policy on board tenure,
Mike Aitken has given notice of his retirement from the board of directors of Emira (“Board”), with
effect from 31 August 2022. As a result, James Templeton has been appointed as the new chairman
of the investment committee, with effect from 31 August 2022.

Mike has served as a non-executive director since April 2007 and has been an invaluable member, as
well as serving as chairman of the investment committee since 2017. The Board thanks Mike for his
dedication and contribution to Emira over the last fifteen years and wishes him well on his future
endeavours.
