CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT: DISPOSAL OF MAJORITY INTEREST IN PRIVATE
PROPERTY PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“Private Property”)


Shareholders are advised that Cognition has entered into discussions regarding the
possible sale of the company’s 50,01% interest in Private Property South Africa.


Shareholders are therefore urged to exercise caution in their dealings in shares in the
company pending further announcements in this regard.


The Board of Directors collectively and individually accept responsibility for the information
