                           Board Committee Changes

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the following changes to the Company’s board committees:

Mr Wessel Hamman has stepped down as a member of the audit committee, the nomination
committee and the remuneration committee with effect from 2 November 2018. Mr Danny Kitchen
has been appointed as the new chairman of the nomination committee and also as a member of the
remuneration committee with effect from 2 November 2018.
