DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
31 December 2016. The distribution of 15.08886 cents per DivTrax security will be comprised as
follows:

 Dividends Withholding Tax (15%)                                                         2.22842 cents
 Resultant net dividend                                                                 12.62769 cents

The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
30 December 2016 and will be paid on 23 January 2017.
