NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 
 
No change statement 
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 30 June 2014, participatory interest holders 
are advised that the annual financial statements are available on the Fund’s website 
www.emira.co.za and will be distributed to participatory interest holders today and contain no 
modifications to the reviewed results which were released on SENS on 13 August 2014. 
  
Notice of the annual general meeting  
Notice is hereby given that the eleventh annual general meeting of participatory interest holders 
will be held at 14h00 on Thursday 13 November 2014 at Optimum House, Epsom Downs Office 
Park, 13 Sloane Street, Bryanston, to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting 
notice forming part of the annual financial statements. 
 
Record dates 
The notice of the Fund’s annual general meeting has been sent to its participatory interest holders 
who were recorded as such in the Fund’s securities register on Friday 19 September 2014 being 
the notice record date used to determine which participatory interest holders are entitled to 
receive notice of the annual general meeting. 
 
The record date for participatory interest holders to be recorded in the securities register of the 
Fund in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 7 
November 2014.  Accordingly, the last day to trade in the Fund’s participatory interests in order to 
be recorded in the securities register of the Fund, in order to be able to attend, participate and 
vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 31 October 2014.
