The cost of the original purchase price of the shares and interest capitalised
amounted to R8 259 653.07 and was deducted from the proceeds of the sale of the
shares and utilised to reduce the total carrying value of the loan. Net proceeds
payable to AW Dawe, prior to any personal taxes being paid, was R12 273 204.15.

Clearance in terms of paragraph 3.66 was obtained from the Chief Executive of The
Bidvest Group Limited.

All the dealings in securities were done on-market.
