In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Securities   
Exchange South Africa, we report that Mr Monte Roy Haymon retired as a director 
of the company at the annual general meeting held on 7 March 2004.   As         
indicated in the annual report which was released in December 2004, Mr Haymon   
did not seek re-appointment to the board.
