NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (“AGM”) AND AVAILABILITY OF BEE COMPLIANCE REPORT

1. Notice of the AGM

Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (“AGM”) of Life Healthcare shareholders will be held
on Wednesday, 27 January 2021 at 11h30 (SAST) via a virtual platform to transact the business as stated
in the notice of the AGM. The Notice may be found on the Company´s website at
https://www.lifehealthcare.co.za/investor-relations/results-and-reports/.

2. Salient dates

-    The record date in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act for shareholders to be recorded on the
     securities register of the Company in order to receive notice of annual general meeting is Friday, 11
     December 2020.
-    The last day to trade in the Company’s shares in order to be recorded on the securities register of the
     Company in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
     19 January 2021
-    The record date in terms of section 59 of the Companies Act for shareholders to be recorded on the
     securities register of the Company in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the annual
     general meeting is Friday, 22 January 2021.

Forms of proxy for the AGM should be lodged by 11h30 (SAST), Monday, 25 January 2021. Any proxies
not lodged by this time must be emailed to the Group Company Secretary immediately prior to the AGM,
at company.secretary@life.co.za.

3. Availability of BEE Compliance Report

Shareholders are advised that Life Healthcare´s annual compliance report in terms of section 13G (2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE") Amendment Act, 2013 (Act No 46 of 2013) has
been submitted to the BEE Commission and is available on the Company´s website at
https://www.lifehealthcare.co.za/investor-relations/results-and-reports/

The integrated report will also be available on the Life Healthcare website at
https://www.lifehealthcare.co.za/investor-relations/results-and-reports/ today, 21 December 2020.
