FURTHER EXTENSION FOR THE PUBLICATION OF BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN

Further to the announcement released by the Company on 30 September 2022, Rebosis shareholders
are advised that creditors have approved a further extension of time for the joint business rescue
practitioners (“Joint BRPs”) to publish the business rescue plan in accordance with the provisions of
section 150(5)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008.

The business rescue plan is expected to be published on or about Thursday, 1 December 2022.
