NOTICE OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN TRANSACTION CAPITAL
In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008 (as amended) (“the Act”),
and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that
the Company received formal notification that Coronation Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited
has acquired a further interest in the ordinary shares of the Company, such that the total interest in
the ordinary shares of Transaction Capital held by Coronation Asset Management (Proprietary)
Limited now amounts to 5.05% (an increase from 4,66% previously held) of the total issued ordinary
shares of the Company.
Transaction Capital confirms that, as required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company
has filed the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel and to the best of its knowledge and
belief, the information supplied by the Coronation Asset Management (Proprietary) Limited is
complete and consistent.
