FINAL DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the announcement released on SENS on 6 December 2019 regarding the winding up and delisting of the NewFunds S&P GIVI SA Financials Index ETF Portfolio, NewFunds has
today finalised a capital distribution to holders of ETF securities ("investors") recorded as such in the register on Friday, 27 December 2019, for the quarter ended 31 December 2019 as
follows:
The Distribution amount of R12,438,255.28, which equates to 2945.95 cents per unit, is not subject to dividend withholding tax as the Distribution is paid out of capital proceeds from the
disposal of the underlying securities. As the Distribution will be regarded as a return of capital and may have potential capital gains tax consequences, investors are advised to consult their tax
advisers regarding the impact of the Distribution.

Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard to the distribution by the above ETF for the quarter ended 31 December 2019:
