AVAILABILITY OF 2016 ANNUAL REPORT AND THE CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2016


NEPI, having its registered office on 2nd Floor, Anglo International House, Lord Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1
4LN, with registration number 001211V, advises its shareholders that the Company’s Annual Report for the year
ended 31 December 2016 (the “2016 Annual Report”) will be posted today, 15 February 2017, on the Company’s
website. Where applicable, hard copies of the 2016 Annual Report will be posted to shareholders. The 2016 Annual
Report will be submitted to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (“BVB”), the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (“JSE”) and
to the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (“RFSA”) today, 15 February 2017, and will be available in
electronic format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com. The notice of annual general meeting for NEPI
shareholders will be published in due course.

Shareholders are further advised that NEPI’s condensed consolidated financial results for the year ended
31 December 2016, extracted from the audited financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, but not
audited itself, will be submitted to RFSA and were released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE and the
BVB today, 15 February 2017. These condensed consolidated financial results are available to the public on request, in
printed format, and in electronic format on the Company’s website: www.nepinvest.com.
